Over sized lotus ponds are strategically placed throughout the expansive ocean side gardens and manicured lawns. In addition to the clay tennis court and swimming pool, Konditya House has a gym, media room, extensive library, billiards room and yoga studio.

Though Konditya House is easy on the eyes for parents, there’s also plenty for kids to do, plus a kid-friendly atmosphere! On the grounds of the estate are organic gardens, from which the majority of the food is procured. To top that off, the delicious food is prepared by a five-star, professionally trained chef. We love the daily fresh baked breads and the wood-fired stove!
