Grab your kids and head to the end of the tram line for the best new cafe in the Western District! Fresh bread and a cozy vibe await you at Kennedy Town’s Boulangerie Bistronomique, opened by David Lai of sister restaurant and Michelin-reviewed Bistronomique, a few doors down.
Boulangerie Bistronomique offers a great $78 set lunch with salad, soup, and sandwich (try the delicious Pig’s Head if you’re adventurous). The kids will love the ham & cheese quiche, the mini baguettes, and of course the chocolate croissants. Enjoy a relaxed meal at one of the outdoor tables facing the harbor, or spread out at the communal tables on the second floor lounge. There are no high chairs, but there are comfy couches for the little ones upstairs, and plenty of stroller parking outside.
Don’t forget to grab a baguette or two for home on your way out…it’s arguably the best baguette west of Central!
Excellent coffee, pastries, and sandwiches, outdoor seating, and a big window where the kids can watch fresh rolls coming out of the oven.
Anyone in need of a coffee break or a relaxed lunch - with or without the kids!
Boulangerie Bistronomique is just a few blocks from Belcher Bay Park and the Kennedy Town Swimming Pool. Make an afternoon of it with the kids!
