The Arcane Collective Launching Moxie Restaurant This August In Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s hottest restaurant group, The Arcane Collective, has announced the third addition to its expanding family. Moxie is set to join much-loved Arcane and relative newcomer Cornerstone, opening in Alexandra House Landmark early this August.

Arcane veteran Michael Smith takes the reigns as Head Chef of Moxie and will offer a “fresh approach to conscious dining in Hong Kong’s Central district.” Dining at Moxie will be a casual affair, but one that encourages guests to contemplate their relationship with food, how it affects their health, and how their dining decisions can help make a positive impact on their local environment.

The values of Shane Osborn, The Arcane Collective’s award-winning founder, will be evident throughout Moxie. Dishes will be driven by clean, sustainable ingredients; will veer towards the unpretentious; and will highlight Chef Michael Smith’s international and creative approach to dining with a vegetable-centric menu that includes sustainably sourced seafood.
