Alice Pizza Now Open In Central

The renowned Roman teglia pizza brand, Alice Pizza, has opened a second and new location in the heart of Central, following the success of its Wan Chai outpost! You can spot the new pizza dine-in and takeaway shop from the Mid-Levels Escalator at the Stanley Street level, perfect for grabbing a delicious Roman-style pizza on the way home.

Alice Pizza is known for its authentic Roman-style pan pizzas, featuring a thin, light, and crispy texture. Customers can have the freshly baked pizzas cut to their preferred size and quantity, sold by weight in the traditional “al taglio” style.

Much like its Wan Chai outpost, the new Central branch caters to pizza lovers seeking a casual meal or a quick snack, with convenient takeaway and delivery options available.

The pizzas are made using high-quality Italian ingredients, including flour, extra-virgin olive oil, and a reduced amount of yeast, resulting in a light and healthier crust. The diverse menu offers classic flavors, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as signature creations like the Truffle, Parma, and Salmone pizzas, catering to a wide range of tastes.

Not to be missed is the iconic Nutella Pizza, where the Italian hazelnut and chocolate paste are simply spread on top of the pizza dough, a favorite amongst children and adults!
