The Scoop:

• ARTIFACT, a modern Japanese counter dining experience which celebrates various forms of caviar paired with premium ingredients flown in directly from Japan.
• MOYO, Central’s Korean-Italian eatery has set up shop and is serving up some delicious dishes like sliced bulgogi Wagyu ribs, kimchi fried rice and more.
• Porker is cooking up its famed pork cutlets and curries.
• KamCentre Roast Goosedoesn’t only serve – you guessed it – roast goose but is also known for its fresh farm chicken (get there early as it sells out fast), char siu as well as other roasted meats and rice dishes.
