Dim sum – but not as you know it. Dim Sum Library (from the creative folks at Aqua Group) offers dim sum favorites with a twist, incorporating new ingredients, unusual textures and surprising flavors, all creatively presented.
Ingredients such as Iberico pork, truffle, foie gras and 24-hour slow-cooked wagyu are incorporated into age-old Cantonese recipes and diners can enjoy such delights as Black Truffle Har Gau, Dan Dan Xiaolong Bao, Black Pepper Wagyu Beef in Millefeuille pastry, Cheung Fan with Squid Mousse and Crispy Tofu, and Hokkaido King Crab and Sea Urchin Spring Rolls.
When coming for dinner or a larger meal, additional plates not to be missed include the Foie Gras and Wagyu Beef Stone Pot Fried Rice, Yunnan Black Truffle Chicken with Crispy Skin and Crispy Aubergine Tossed with Salted Fish and Chinese Chives.
Dim sum is served all day long in this comfortable yet elegant setting in Pacific Place.
A quick snack or meal while out shopping in Pacific Place.
Dim Sum Library serves an extensive selection of teas, as well as an afternoon tea menu of desserts, while a Chinoiserie cocktail bar out front provides a sophisticated setting in which to enjoy a selection of classic cocktails, wines and spirits as well as bespoke Chinese Tea cocktails. If not tea in the afternoon - why not stop by for a game of Mahjong? Tables are set up at the back of the restaurant just for the purpose.
