
Hong Kong’s first gluten-free private kitchen, Urban Health offers menus filled with delicious and healthy gluten-free dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world.
Founded by chef Andy Kun and his partner Jason Fuller, the latter who is himself allergic to gluten, the pair began to master the art of gluten-free cooking while also learning to live with a gluten-allergy in Hong Kong. Chef Kun is now an expert in preparing gluten-free dishes, particularly in the Cantonese style, and today not only cooks for group bookings at the Urban Health Home Kitchen (both Cantonese and Western fusion food), and hosts a Wednesday Night Dining Club for up to six guests serving up a gluten-free traditional Cantonese meal, as well as themed parties with various styles of gluten-free cuisine, but also imparts his vast knowledge of gluten-free cooking through his Hong Kong wet market tours and gluten-free Asian cooking classes.
