Spin, spin, spinning around…if you have a little ballerina in your fam, this one is for you! Hong Kong Ballet has partnered with 1881 Heritage to launch a very special tribute to ballet. A Tale Of Dance is an exhibition showcasing the history and development of ballet in Hong Kong.
In the Grand Piazza, explore the magical carriages and the stage complete with fabulous tutus and figurines dancing away. Step over the waterfall bridge and into the indoor exhibition for a mini tour of classic ballets, from Swan Lake to The Nutcracker, and gain more of an appreciation for Hong Kong’s very own ballet company.
What’s even more exciting, Hong Kong Ballet is offering free outdoor performances in the Grand Piazza on October 7, 14, 21, 28 and November 4 from 7pm to 8pm! Bring along the kids and prepare to plié, jeté, and arabesque your way into a dancing wonderland.
A tribute to ballet in Hong Kong!
Mini ballerinas and ballet aficionados of all ages.
