Celebrate Chinese New Year with the whole family at Lee Tung Avenue in Hong Kong! From January 14 to March 2, 2025, Lee Tung Avenue is hosting the “Lanterns-Lit Year of the Snake” event, offering a magical experience for everyone. Enjoy the festive ambiance and stroll along the 200-meter tree-lined pedestrian walkway adorned with over 800 golden lanterns, symbolizing good fortune and vitality. Plus 12 new towering peach blossom trees and a large heart-shaped arch will join the festive decorations this year, to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Highlights from Lee Tung Avenue’s Chinese New Year Celebrations & Decorations 2025:

• Lion Dance Performances (January 29 – February 1, 2025): Experience the vibrant energy of traditional lion dances during the first four days of the Lunar New Year. Spectators can enjoy festive food distributions while immersing themselves in this lively cultural performance.
• Dragon and Lion Dance Spectacular (February 7, 2025): Witness breathtaking pole jumping performances and a grand parade featuring a majestic golden dragon and colorful lions, culminating in an exciting procession around the avenue.
