Pregnancy training includes bespoke personal training sessions tailored to the type of birth you’re hoping to have, including the best solutions for postpartum recovery too. This includes weight-based training in the gym, pelvic floor education and integrated exercises. Sessions also address the general aches and pains of pregnancy to keep you comfortable, strong and mobile throughout.
Postnatal training includes rehabilitating your pelvic floor and core and help with returning to your previous exercise regime safely. Sessions can also accomodate those beginning their fitness journey for the first time post-children to stay strong and healthy to keep up with them!
Prefer to work out with others? Group classes include prenatal specific-classes such as Prenatal Yoga/Mobility and FitBirth, postnatal-specific return to exercise classes like Restore and Babywearing Workout, and an inclusive FitMama Strength classes open to pregnant, postpartum and beyond!
