Esther Bland of Aquaterra Performance is a certified personal trainer and swimming instructor with a passion for water sports who takes a particular interest in the fitness and wellness of mums, whether that’s mums-to-be, new mums, or long-term mums. As well as fitness training, Esther hosts stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) classes which are particularly great for new mums as they offer a gentle way to get back into an exercise that is low impact but also ensures a full-body workout.
