Situated in the suburb of Ragunan in the southern part of the city, in front of Ragunan Zoo, Taman Anggrek Ragunan (Ragunan orchid garden) is an excellent place to pick up orchid plants. The Orchid garden has 42 lots with around 30 orchid vendors, and each of them has thousands of pots of orchids.
Orchid vendors the agriculture agency, will offer guidance for visitors wishing to grow their own orchid plants. They also have cultivation training for orchid lovers! The training includes written materials about orchid plant cultivation, gardening equipment and practice in cultivating orchids. You can also bring home orchid plants after the training.
