If you frequent Nunsongyee for its Korean bingsu and are sad at the news of their shutter, fret not! You’ll be happy to know that a new dessert place has taken over its spot.
Smile Dessert Singapore now occupies the spacious three-story building located opposite Bugis Junction. Its striking pink exterior is hard to miss, step inside and you’ll be greeted by an equally pink interior. What caught our eyes was the giant ball pit that spans across half the second floor. You can also get cozy on the highest floor fitted with rugs, floor cushions, and fairy lights.
Smile Dessert Singapore’s menu features Korean Bingsu, Traditional Desserts, Cakes and Pastries, Souffle, and Lava Cakes. Opt for the Mango Ice with Rice Ball (SG$6.90) for a refreshing treat. While you’re at it, order the Black Swan Souffle (SG$15.90), which is carefully plated to please the Instagram crowd.
We foresee everyone in the family having a ball of a time while getting their sugar fix at Smile Dessert Singapore!
Those who have a sweet tooth; night owls looking for a dessert place after supper.
The ball pit is frequently disinfected and sanitized so you can be assured of the level of hygiene when dining in.
Opening hours are from 11am to 3am, daily.
