Fans of the famed Los Angeles Eggslut, rejoice! The sandwich chain has finally made its way to Singapore, opening its first Southeast Asia outlet at Scotts Square!
If you’ve missed the taste of the egg sammies you’ve had in the US, you’ll be happy to know that Singapore’s menu will feature the exact same items! Look forward to sinking your teeth into the signature Fairfax Sandwich (SG$12), packed with cage-free soft-scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, Sriracha mayo, and sandwiched between fluffy brioche buns. The Slut (SG$11) is a must-try! A cage-free coddled egg is poached in a jar, along with a smooth potato puree, garnished with grey salt and chives, and served with slices of baguette. Hungry for a meatier option? The Gaucho sandwich (SG$23) will satisfy with seared wagyu tri-tip steak, cage-free over medium egg, chimichurri, red onions, and dressed arugula in a warm brioche bun.
Expect snaking queues as news of the sandwich chain opening has already gained lots of traction on social media over the last few days! But all that’s worth it once you get your hands on the Instagrammable sandwich.
We don’t have to wait till travel lanes to the US open up to enjoy the famed Eggslut sandwiches!
Fans of Eggslut, and those who have been wanting to try its offerings.
Pair your sandwiches with Brewlander’s non-alcoholic Elderflower & Lemon, and Grapefruit & Ginger craft sodas (SG$4.50), specially brewed in collaboration with Eggslut Singapore.
Opening hours are from 8am to 10pm, daily.
