A part of the Brighton College family of international schools, their Singapore location also operates under the EYFS curriculum for children aged 18 months to 5 years. ELG assessments are happening throughout the day in Brighton. This means that the assessment result of today is used for the next day's class. The fluidity of learning is indeed a highlight of this curriculum. The ELGs are both in Mandarin and English as they offer a Dual Language Program. Aside from the learning areas in the EYFS, there are also additional classes for the children: art, computing, music, PE, dance, and swimming.

DOVER COURT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum

A balance between child-initiated and adult-led activities, this Nord Anglia Education School offers the EYFS curriculum for nursery and reception classes. They have small size classes and several outdoor learning areas. The children also study Mandarin, which is taught by native teachers, and music, with input from the Nord Anglia Juilliard Creative Classroom. There are also Physical Education, Swimming, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) classes. The classrooms are equipped with iPads, BeeBots, and cameras in conjunction with ICT learning.

DULWICH COLLEGE SINGAPORE - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum

The seventh school to join the Dulwich family of schools, the EYFS curriculum is used for children aged 2 to 5. Called DUCKS (Dulwich College Kindergarten School), the children are exposed to a dual language environment, each class with one Mandarin and at least one English teacher. Dulwich is the first international school in Singapore with a Forest School integration and is also accredited (UK's Forest School Learning Initiative). Children in the reception year get involved in a House system, which fosters camaraderie and rapport amongst students with a side of healthy competition. Specialist teachers are available for music, PE, and swimming. Library visits are also mandatory, once a week with the class, and the children get to enjoy more than 14,000 books.

TANGLIN TRUST SCHOOL - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum

With over 95 years of experience in education, Tanglin uses EYFS's main principles as a background for their early years' curriculum. But they also equip their youngest learners with 21st-century skills. Their curriculum includes art & design, Chinese for native and non-native speakers, English, humanities (geography and history), information technology, library curriculum, mathematics, PE, PSCHE (health and self-care). They cater to individual learning needs and ensure that support is given to each child accordingly. The school also has an open-door policy, and parents can meet up with teachers for progress reports whenever possible. They have a maximum number of 20 students in nursery classes, with three teachers. For reception classes, a maximum of 24 students with two teachers.

BRITISH COUNCIL PRESCHOOL - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum

Located in the Tampines Center of the British Council, their Preschool shares the location of one of their English centers. Offering nursery and kindergarten, they have five out of nine classrooms that are custom designed for young learners. Mixing the best practices from both the UK and Singapore curriculums, a typical child's day involves indoor music and movement class, aside from the usual activities. The curriculum is also offered bilingually, with one English and one Mandarin teacher present in each class. Chinese art, music, and literature are also introduced to further the appreciation of the culture.

PRIMUS SCHOOLHOUSE BY INVICTUS - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum

The EYFS curriculum is offered for children aged 18 months to 2 years in prenursery. It is used side by side with the learning goals of the Singapore curriculum. To further understand how a child learns, the school has four learning dispositions: Playing and Exploring, Active Learning, Creating and Thinking Critically, A Sense of Self. A child's daily experience in school revolves around these. Each class has a lead English and lead Mandarin teacher for bilingual learning. There is a full-day option, from 8.45 am to 2.45 pm, and a half-day option until 12.30 pm. Before and After School care is also available, from 7.30 am until 7 pm.
