You’ve probably heard of Dean & Deluca, the innovative specialty food purveyors who launched their flagship deli in Soho, New York in 1977. Since then the brand has spread across the world, the latest outpost of which has found a home in The Promenade Shops in Galaxy Macau. A 26-seater cafe, as opposed to a deli, the gourmet food venue nevertheless stocks a number of Dean & Deluca’s signature retail goods, as well as serving up such delights as Roast Beef and Caramelised Pumpkin Multi-Grain Sandwich, Spicy Prawns and Guacamole on Squid Ink Bun, and Watermelon Salad with Salted Egg. Sweet treats such as Blueberry Marble Cheesecake, Yuzu Meringue Tart and Red Velvet Cake are also on offer. The Espresso Bar caters to all your coffee needs and includes local specialties such as a Hong Kong Milk Tea Latte and Portuguese egg tarts.
